What data does EduSentra need?
Data from the systems you already use: student records, attendance, coursework and learning platform activity. It arrives automatically each night, so nothing is typed in again.
How is the risk score worked out?
Each warning sign adds points: low or falling attendance, work not handed in or handed in late, low marks, and quiet weeks on the learning platform. The total is a score from 0 to 100, shown with every point behind it. 50 or more means call today, 25 to 49 means check in, and under 25 is on track. Personal background is never scored.
Do we need to change our systems?
No. EduSentra connects to the systems you already use, so there is nothing to install. Staff use it in a web browser.
Where is our data held?
Our live service is hosted in the United Kingdom, with individual sign-ins and encrypted connections. We agree the data terms with you in writing before any real data is used.
Can we try it before we commit?
